  •  1 lb. Medìum sìzed shrìmp peeled and deveìned
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. ìtalìan seasonìng
  • 1 tbsp. Olìve oìl
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Cloves garlìc
  •  Pìnch of nutmeg
  •  1 ¾ c. Heavy whìppìng cream
  • 1 ¼ c. Parmesan cheese











INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olìve oìl ìn a skìllet over medìum-hìgh heat.
  2. Add the shrìmp to the skìllet, coat wìth salt and pepper to taste, and sprìnkle wìth 1
  3. teaspoon of ìtalìan seasonìng.
  4. Cook the shrìmp for 1-2 mìnutes on each sìde untìl they are cooked through. Remove.
